Suspected ‘serial killer’ confesses to killing Wadala boy missing since Jan 2024

Police have charged Bipul Shikari, a suspected serial killer, with the murder of a 13-year-old boy from Wadala a year after his disappearance. Shikari, arrested previously for another murder, confessed to killing the boy while his remains have not been found.
