Mumbai BMW crash: 2 seriously injured as driver mistakes accelerator for brakes

A 28-year-old woman and her friend sustained serious injuries after a BMW collided with their scooter in Borivli West, Mumbai, late Sunday. The driver, a 23-year-old man, mistakenly hit the accelerator and lost control. He rushed the victims to Karuna Hospital where both are now stable. He has surrendered to the MHB Colony police.
