High court junks FIR on Haryana civil service 'scam'

The Punjab and Haryana HC quashed criminal proceedings against 2004-batch Haryana Civil Service officers over alleged irregularities in their selection by the state anti-corruption bureau. The officers were cleared earlier and appointed to various positions in 2016, making them ineligible for re-prosecution.
