Maha Kumbh: New Naga sadhus’ decision to halt march and forego snan saved lives

Newly inducted Naga sadhus of various akharas decided to retreat from participating in the Mauni Amavasya amrit snan. Their decision came after hearing about the stampede and ensuing casualties, opting to wait for the next Amrit Snan on Basant Panchami to complete their initiation.
