Car rams toll barrier near Agra, drags staffer on bonnet for 1km before fleeing

A car driver broke through a barrier at the Khandauli Toll Plaza and dragged an employee on the bonnet for nearly a kilometer near Agra. The incident occurred after the driverβs FASTag was found to be blacklisted. The driver fled the scene, and a case has been registered against him. The incident was captured on CCTV.
