Amul to set up world’s largest curd plant in Kolkata for Rs 600 crore

Amul is set to establish the world's largest curd manufacturing facility near Kolkata, West Bengal, announced at the Bengal Global Business Summit. The plant will produce 10 lakh kg of curd daily and process 15 lakh litres of milk. An investment of Rs 600 crore aims to meet Bengal's high curd demand and strengthen the dairy cooperative movement.
