Half-siblings to control Ratan Tata stake in group companies

Ratan Tata's family members are set to join as trustees in Ratan Tata Endowment Foundation and Ratan Tata Endowment Trust, which hold significant shares and investments. The trusts will continue supporting education and healthcare. Tata Sons chairman N Chandrasekaran will be managing trustee, with Jamsheed Poncha as CEO. Existing trustees will step down due to other commitments.
