Fighting bullets with books, CRPF opens ‘gurukul’ in Hidma territory

The CRPF has opened a primary school in Tekulguda, a remote forested area in Bastar prone to Maoist activities. This initiative aims to provide education and sports facilities for local children, replacing the area's history of violence with opportunities for development and hope.
