5 nursing students arrested for stripping juniors, tying dumbbells to private parts

The third-year students subjected the victims to acts of cruelty, including being stripped and having dumbbells tied to their private parts. The arrested students recorded their actions and have been charged under sections of the Kerala Prohibition of Ragging Act.
