EC: Voters in 18-29 age group comprised 22.8% of national electorate
Friday, 14 February 2025 In Kerala, young electors aged 18-29 years comprise just over 18% of the total electorate for the 2024 Lok Sabha polls, the lowest among all states/UTs. The state also has the highest percentage of voters aged 60-79 years at 20.5%. Assam has the highest percentage of young electors at nearly 30%.
