Centre to set up holding zones at 60 railway stations after Delhi stampede: Report

The ministry of railways plans to develop permanent holding areas at 60 railway stations to manage passenger flow during peak travel seasons. The initiative follows a tragic stampede at New Delhi Railway Station, where 18 people died due to overcrowding following the announcement of a special train for the Maha Kumbh.
