Arrested New India Cooperative Bank’s general manager gave builder cash on 100 occasions: Mumbai police

The Economic Offences Wing has issued a look-out circular for businessman Unnathan Arunachalam alias Arunbhai, accused of receiving Rs 40 crore in a Rs 122 crore scam involving New India Cooperative Bank. General manager Hitesh Mehta and real estate director Dharmesh Paun are in custody. Investigations involve bank auditors and a contractor linked to the case.
