Girl, 14, aware of her actions, says HC, grants bail to Pocso accused

Bombay High Court granted bail to a 24-year-old in a 2019 Pocso case, noting the minor girl had stayed with him willingly and was aware of her actions. Despite the stringent provisions of the Pocso Act, the court cited the lack of violence and criminal history.
