Delhi man kills Goa woman after feud over dog walking

A man from Delhi, Deepak Rajeev Batra, was arrested for allegedly running over a Goa resident, Maria Joao Fernandes, with his car after a physical altercation sparked by a dispute over dog walking. The incident occurred near Mandrem, and Batra was caught following an investigation which revealed the confrontation's origins.
