A 25-year-old property dealer named Chirag Thakran was arrested for a hit-and-run incident in Gurgaon that left a woman in a coma. Thakran, driving a borrowed Scorpio, fell asleep at the wheel and hit the couple during their morning walk. The woman’s husband suffered minor injuries. The police registered a case based on the husband’s complaint.
