Election card numbers can be same, but vote only at booth unique to each card

The Election Commission clarified that a duplication in EPIC numbers across states does not indicate fake voters, as one can only vote at their designated polling station. Efforts are being made to ensure unique EPIC numbers for all electors, with the ERONET 2.0 platform assisting in this correction process.
