DU student mowed down in Rohini while delivering newspapers

19-year-old Risal Singh, a BA student, was killed in a hit-and-run accident while delivering newspapers in Rohini, Delhi. Singh, who supported his family with an Rs 8,000 monthly income, was pronounced dead on arrival at the hospital. Police are investigating the incident, analyzing CCTV footage to identify the vehicle responsible.
