Detention close to max term, Delhi HC gives Agusta accused bail

The Delhi high court granted bail to Christian Michel James in the Rs 3,600-crore AgustaWestland money laundering case, citing his prolonged incarceration of over six years without trial. James' bail was granted due to the delay in trial proceedings and his fundamental right to a speedy trial under Article 21 of the Constitution.
