Once a minority institute, always a minority institute: Calcutta high court

Once a minority institution, a school remains so, regardless of certification status by West Bengal Minorities Commission, ruled Calcutta High Court. It dismissed petitions challenging the Christian schools' minority status for lack of updated certificates, citing settled legal positions and historical context. The court noted no need for annual renewal of minority status for such schools.
