Absconding for 18 years, Hizbul Mujahideen man nabbed by UP ATS in J&K

The UP Anti-Terrorism Squad (ATS) and Moradabad police have arrested Ulfat Hussain, a Hizbul Mujahideen-linked terrorist, who has been on the run since 2008. He was earlier arrested in 2002, received bail in 2008, and became a cleric in Moradabad before going into hiding.
