Uttarakhand horror: Youth kills ‘mentally challenged’ man by inserting sugarcane in rectum

A 22-year-old man from Haridwar's Buggawala was arrested for allegedly inserting a sugarcane stalk into the rectum of a 36-year-old man, resulting in his death. The accused, Pramod Kumar, retaliated after being repeatedly taunted by the victim. Kumar was apprehended during a night combing operation and has been charged with murder and destruction of evidence.
