Foreigners entering Myanmar via Mizoram to train rebels: CM

Foreigners from the US and UK are crossing into Myanmar via Mizoram to provide arms training to local insurgents, according to Mizoram's chief minister. The Center has heightened surveillance in border areas following involvement from China and the US in the Myanmar conflict. The re-imposition of the protected area regime in Mizoram aims to monitor foreigner movements more closely.
