Removed over ‘drunken brawl’, 8 trainee judges get Allahabad HC relief

Eight trainee judges removed in 2012 after an incident at a club in Lucknow have been ordered to be reinstated by the Allahabad high court. The court ruled that they were not given a chance to present their case before being removed. This relief is specifically for the eight judges who appealed the decision.
