Drunk cop tries to rape colleague inside thana in Mathura, arrested

A sub-inspector in UP Police was arrested for allegedly attempting to rape a 27-year-old Dalit female colleague inside a police station in Mathura. The officer, who was under the influence, forcefully entered her room during the early hours and attempted assault before being detained. Departmental proceedings will lead to his termination.
