DGCA directs airlines to send link to flyer rights with ticket

IndiaTimes Sunday, 23 March 2025
The DGCA has mandated Indian airlines to inform passengers about their rights when booking air tickets. Airlines must provide an online passenger charter link via SMS, WhatsApp, ticket, and their website. IndiGo has begun implementing this directive.
