Withholding funds in PM SHRI row unfair: Parliament panel

The parliamentary panel has termed as unfair the non-allocation of funds to states like TN, Kerala, and Bengal under the Samagra Shiksha Abhiyan due to their refusal to sign MoUs for the PM SHRI scheme. The committee recommends the education ministry reconsider its policy to ensure no state is disadvantaged.
