Work-from-home bait: Cyber slavery call centres in Southeast Asia forced women to lay e-honeytrap

Goa police uncovered an international trafficking gang luring women into cyber slavery with fake work-from-home opportunities. The gang, linked to Chinese nationals active in Thailand and Cambodia, planned to set up call centres in India and Nepal. Arrests included individuals from Tamil Nadu, Mumbai, and a Kazakhstan national in connection to human trafficking and cyber fraud.
