In Patna, a 21-year-old man named Rahul Raj shot his girlfriend, Arpita, before turning the gun on himself at Marine Drive. Both were students who did not reside in Patna and were on a trip. The police have collected evidence, including a live cartridge and Rahul's Aadhaar card, and initiated an investigation with the help of forensic experts.
