Delhi police arrest filmmaker after woman alleges rape, assault, and forced abortions

A 45-year-old film director was arrested in central Delhi for allegedly raping and assaulting a 28-year-old woman. The complainant claimed he forced her to undergo three abortions during their four-year relationship. Police used technical surveillance to apprehend him in Ghaziabad. His bail application was denied by the Delhi High Court; investigations continue.
