Green cess likely to up CNG, petrol car prices in Delhi

The cost of petrol and CNG vehicles in New Delhi is likely to rise as the new electric vehicle policy proposes a green cess to promote electric vehicles. The draft policy suggests a 1-2% cess on new petrol and CNG vehicles and includes subsidies for electric vehicles.
