SC to examine if worship Act applies to Shahi Idgah

SC will examine the different arguments from Hindu and Muslim sides on the applicability of the Places of Worship Act, 1991 to the Mathura Shahi Idgah-Srikrishna Janmasthan dispute. Muslim side claims the suits violate the PoW Act, while Hindus argue it's protected under the ASI Act.
