Ambulance driver gets life term for raping Covid patient in Kerala

In 2020, Noufal, an ambulance driver, received a life sentence from a Pathanamthitta court for raping a 19-year-old Covid patient. The survivor, a member of a scheduled caste, was assaulted while being transported to a Covid care center.
