A Delhi court has issued a non-bailable warrant against activist Medha Patkar for deliberately flouting its sentencing order in a defamation case filed by VK Saxena. Patkar failed to appear in court to submit probation bonds and pay a fine of Rs 1 lakh, leading the judge to believe she is intentionally avoiding the court's order.
