A tilting building in Dayalpur, near the recent Mustafabad collapse site, caused alarm. Residents evacuated the five-story structure after cracks appeared. Authorities deemed it dangerous. The building had multiple owners and housed an NGO. Low rents attracted many to the area. MCD officials and police started demolishing the building cautiously from the top floor.
