Body of Haryana man killed in Russia-Ukraine conflict repatriated after 7 months

Vikas, a young man from Haryana, who joined the Russian Army in 2023 and tragically died in the Russia-Ukraine war in September 2024. After a seven-month wait, his body was finally returned to his family. He had previously worked in Russia before enlisting, seeking permanent residency. He is survived by his wife, son, and parents.
