Heatwave in Delhi NCR: Doc recommended tips to stay safe

The India Meteorological Department issues a red alert for extreme heat in Delhi, warning of heat-related illnesses like heat stroke. Temperatures soared past 47°C in parts of the National Capital Region (NCR) on Sunday. Heat stroke is one of the dangerous illnesses that can strike in high heat conditions and in extreme cases can even cause death. Read how to prevent heatstroke.
