Nearly 18,000 liters of fake cooking oil seized by the medical department in Ajmer. The Food Safety and Standards Authority of India (FSSAI) and the Medical & Health Department, Rajasthan, were involved in the seizure. Identifying fake cooking oil is crucial for both health and economic reasons. Fake or adulterated cooking oils can contain harmful substances and may lack the nutritional benefits of genuine oils.
