Japanese man Toco gained fame in 2020 for wearing a hyper-realistic dog suit worth INR 12 lakhs to become a border collie. But he is not alone. In 2023, another man from Japan named Toru Ueda spent a whopping INR 20 lakhs to turn into a wolf! Here's why.
