NASA shares photos of Earth’s Terminator

IndiaTimes Sunday, 11 August 2024 ()
NASA captured an image of the Earth's terminator from the ISS, 267 miles above the Pacific Ocean near New Zealand. The terminator, marking the boundary between day and night, highlights Earth's rotation and changing seasons. The ISS experiences 16 sunrises and sunsets daily. The terminator’s shape varies with the equinoxes and solstices, displaying Earth's axial tilt.
