Union Budget 2025: Makhana Board in Bihar

Finance Minister Nirmala Sitharaman announces the creation of a Makhana Board in Bihar to enhance processing and value addition of makhana. The initiative aims to ensure farmers benefit from government schemes. Additionally, a National Institute of Food Technology will be established in Bihar to support entrepreneurship and improve farmer income.
