Influencer finds adulterated paneer in Gauri Khan’s restaurant

IndiaTimes Thursday, 17 April 2025 ()
Gauri Khan's Mumbai restaurant, Torii, faces allegations of serving adulterated paneer. YouTuber Sarthak Sachdeva tested paneer samples using iodine solution. The test indicated the presence of starch in Torii's paneer. Torii responded, stating the starch comes from soy-based ingredients. Experts say additives in paneer can reduce its nutritional value. Such paneer may lead to health issues.
