Elon Musk-owned SpaceX Starship launches on third test flight

The launch occurred at 8:25 am local time in southeast Texas, drawing over 1.5 million online viewers. The spacecraft was scheduled for liftoff around 8 am EDT (1200 GMT) from SpaceX's Starbase site near Boca Chica, Texas, by the Gulf of Mexico.
