Weekend exercise as effective in lowering disease risk as that done over entire week, study finds

A study reveals that 'weekend warriors', who condense their weekly exercise into one or two days, have a reduced risk of over 200 diseases, comparable to those exercising regularly throughout the week. Data from nearly 90,000 individuals showed no significant difference in health benefits between weekend warriors and regular exercisers.
