Wednesday, 24 July 2024 Tour de France champion Tadej Pogacar says the Slovenian Olympic Committee not selecting his girlfriend Urska Zigart helped sway his decision to withdraw from Paris 2024.
Geraint Thomas has announced he will retire from cycling at the end of the season. The 38-year-old is a former Olympic champion and became the first Welshman to win the Tour de France in 2018.
