The Turkish presidency also confirmed that prisoners from the United States, Germany, Poland, Slovenia, Norway, Russia, and Belarus are part of this swap. As part of the agreement, ten prisoners, including two minors, have been relocated to Russia, 13 prisoners have been sent to Germany, and three prisoners are being transferred to the United States.
