Off-duty NYPD officer arrested in Queens: police

QUEENS, N.Y. (PIX11) -- An off-duty New York City employee was arrested in Queens Monday evening, according to the NYPD. Serge St. Fleur was taken into custody around 8:30 p.m. Police say the 30-year-old is an NYPD Police Officer. He was charged with assault and harassment.
