Russia reports more drone attacks as satellite photos indicate earlier barrage destroyed 2 aircraft

Russian air defenses intercepted drones heading toward western regions of the country, while satellite images indicated that a drone attack earlier in the week destroyed at least two military transport planes at a Russian air base. The drones, believed to be launched from Ukraine, have become a frequent occurrence as the conflict between Ukraine and Russia continues. The attacks are aimed at unnerve Russia and put pressure on President Vladimir Putin.
