Russia hits Ukrainian port and grain facilities in air strikes

Russia launched an overnight drone strike on the Ukrainian port infrastructure and grain storage facilities in Izmail, causing damage to buildings, storage facilities, and vehicles. Two people were injured in the attack. This is the latest strike on Ukrainian grain and port facilities since July when Russia exited a grain deal.
