US: Early intel suggests hospital blast caused by Palestinian fighters
Thursday, 19 October 2023 American officials have multiple strands of intelligence, including infrared satellite data, suggesting that the blast at a Gaza hospital was caused by Palestinian fighters. The evidence includes satellite and infrared data showing a rocket launch from Palestinian fighter positions within Gaza, as well as open-source video analysis. Israeli officials have also provided intercepts of Hamas officials acknowledging the strike came from forces aligned with Palestinian militant groups.
