First planeload of wounded Palestinian children from Israel-Hamas arrives in United Arab Emirates

The United Arab Emirates (UAE) has received the first group of Palestinian children wounded in the ongoing Israel-Hamas war in Gaza. The UAE has pledged to aid 1,000 children and the group of 15 people, including children and their family members, made it to Abu Dhabi after crossing the Rafah border with Egypt. Some of the children were critically wounded and needed to lie on stretchers during the flight. The war, triggered by a Hamas attack in October.
